Ahhhh! Make it stop!

Deep inside the jungle, where nature’s running wild
Coming to the rescue is a very special child
Talking to the animals and swinging from a vine
This rough and tough adventurer, working all the time
There goes Diego, Diego, Diego, Go Diego Go!
Alicia’s on a mission, we are going on a ride
Diego’s on the go with Baby Jaguar by his side
There goes Diego, Diego, Diego, Go Diego Go!

(I think I might have missed some of the lyrics there, but the tune won’t leave my head! Aaaaahhhh!)

BIL’s ex-wife

I have to see my husband’s brother’s ex-wife every morning when I bring Shelby to school. If we have to, we smile & say ‘hi’, but I know that I, for one, usually just try to avoid her. I never knew her when they were married, but I’ve heard so much about her then (about what a rotten stepmother she was to his other daughter) and about what a BB she is, now.

Funny story about her. BIL had been living 4 hours away for over a year. She never let BIL have unsupervised visits anyway (I know - he should have tried harder, brought it to court, etc.). But, after he’d been that far away for that long, apparently, she called DCFS & claimed he had been sexually abusing their now-teenaged daughter. They came by our house to ask a few questions. Jim said we hadn’t seen him in a very long time, because he didn’t live in the area anymore. Apparently, they were a bit surprised by this.

WTF? What kind of woman makes that shit up out of nowhere like that?

And, I have to smile at her on the playground & tell Annie to say ‘Thank you’ to her when she says how pretty she is.

Yuck!
