Nevermind
I’ve got a cold, so I’m not really thinking clearly. But, I’ve decided it would be a waste of time & money to take LTA classes right now.
1) The job I’ve got now is pretty sweet, until they realize they don’t need me anymore.
2) If they do let me go, then I could probably find a job in a library, anyway. Most of the jobs that I see posted at our local library don’t require any kind of certificate or degree, anyway.
3) Maybe I should ask again, at my current job, what kind of training I would need in order to avoid becoming obsolete & take some on-line classes along those lines. I think that they even pay us (or help pay) for continuing education that will benefit the company (at least they used to).
