Where are the Star Wars guys?
The Immigrant Workers Justice March came into our town last night & stopped at the church up the street from us for dinner. They started off again this morning, from the same church. My 4 yo great nephew, Bryce, is here today. We stood on the porch & watched the marchers start off.
Bryce: What is this? Some kind of parade?
Me: Yep, it is a kind of parade. They want to let everyone know that they think people should be fair to everyone who works in our country, even if they weren’t born here.
Bryce: Where are the Star Wars guys? I was at a parade yesterday & there were Star Wars guys.
Hmmm… He’s got a point there.
