Into the Woods

She got a part! Wahoo! She called Jim at home to tell him that she’d be late getting home from school because she needs to stay for a rehearsal/read-through. She’s the third stepsister. There are only two in the script, but they added one for her (or, maybe, for another of the 3 stepsisters). I’m guessing they had 3 that they wanted to cast, but couldn’t decide, so just cast them all & split the lines/songs.

Perfect, perfect, perfect role for her right now. Not too much stress, but all of the potential fun of being involved - being in the show.

Now, to find out what kind of parental involvement they’re looking for :D

  1. Talk about leaving a guilt trip on her daughter….her “prey” is the child she left neglected and unwanted for the last year. Licking her wounds yet still pouring salt into them. I’m so happy though that she is in a stable environment. Update on us by email…sad, just sad.
