Did we do enough?

Jim was talking about how it feels with Al starting college. He said that it’s kind of like how it used to be back when she came every other weekend & for the summer. At the end of the weekend or the end of the summer, you’d worry about whether you’d done enough fun stuff with her that weekend, done everything he’d planned to do or wanted to do.

Except, now, it’s the end of her childhood, instead of the end of a weekend or the end of the summer.

  1. Happy Father’s Day to a dad who really went the extra mile and stuck with it when it would have been so easy to give up! :)
